Adam Francki
Adam has over 17 years of experience in aviation, having logged more than 4800 hours across 60 different aircraft types. A graduate of the United States Air Force (USAF) Test Pilot School (TPS), Adam holds an MSc. in Flight Test Engineering acquired from USAF TPS, and a MSc. in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Purdue University. Undergraduate degrees include Physics and Mechanical Engineering. Adam is an active Member of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP).
In his professional career, Adam has held significant roles, including the Chief Fixed Wing Test Pilot Instructor at an SETP recognized TPS, Lead P-8A Poseidon Test Pilot for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). His experience encompasses leading and participating in various flight test campaigns, covering both systems and flight sciences testing. His operational military experience as a P-8A and
P-3C Orion Captain is notable, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership, managing flight crews and handling critical responsibilities in flight safety and risk management.
